After the annual World’s 50 Best Restaurants event in Singapore, we are proud to see Noma being the second best restaurant in the world, closely followed by Geranium on the 5. place.
These restaurants has put Denmark back as the leader in New Nordic cuisine, which again has been a driver in creating awareness around the Danish creative scene, especially with in gastronomy and design.
The new Noma restaurant is of course designed by Danes, and everything inside is Danish.
We think the extensive use of locally sourced wood products is very clever and beautiful.
