MOEBE is a Scandinavian design studio that creates products, furniture, and interiors. Formed in 2015 by architects Martin de Neergaard Christensen, Nicholas Oldroyd and cabinet maker Anders Thams. We design everything in-house and develop our own products into production.

Flexibility and modularity
Moebe products are designed with modularity in mind, they are component-based and can be repaired, assembled and recycled with ease. They strive to reduce their designs to their most simple forms. Developing new details and techniques for bringing different materials and elements together without simply the use of glue or welds.
SUSTAINABLE - OF COURSE
Every process is well considered
Moebe create products so that they can be repaired. So that should a part break, then only the piece that is broken needs to be replaced rather than the product as a whole.
The products are designed to last, they can be repaired, and they can be easily be stripped to its individual parts and recycled.
All products are shipped flat packed, and require self-assembly, reducing their transport volume to an absolute minimum.
Moebe only produce their products with partners that they trust and whose production is socially and environmentally responsible.
95% of their production is European based and 100% of their production conforms to stringent CSR policies.

The Merchants has ben particularly impressed with the speed of which the designers created a proposal for a specific design project for a hotel group we work with. They provided what we asked for and in a beautiful format, and included a wealth of new inspiration.
